About this house rental
Enjoy the lake view and quiet shoreline from this beautifully maintained 3-bedroom 2 bath home. Easy walking path to the water's edge. Carport and extra parking for your cars.
The main floor contains living, dining, kitchen, master bedroom (queen bed), full bath and laundry area. The upper deck, complete with a big view, is accessed from this level.
The lower level has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and one full bathroom. Each bedroom has private sliding glass door access to the lower deck.
Sleeping for eight is completed with a queen size sleeper/sofa in the living area.
One Mature well-behaved dog is welcome. No puppies please. Pet Fee for one dog is $50.00 per stay.
The Lost Bridge Village Recreation Center has a lakefront Community Swimming Pool open from Memorial Day till Labor Day. There is a charge of $5 per person per day. There is also a free playground for the kids, pickleball court, basketball court, and a lakefront picnic area with grills.
Lost Bridge Village sprawls over several areas around Beaver Lake including Whitney Mountain, which is the highest point over Beaver Lake.
No fireworks allowed.
Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield.
Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.

Great place to stay for lake activities

This property was clean and comfortable for the six people staying there. All the amenities needed were available. This property was also pet friendly which was a plus for us. There was a small view to the lake as shown in the pictures. While there was a path down to the lake it was a little hard follow as the ground was very uneven. But, we were able to get our kayak and floats down there and had a blast. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wanted to get away from the big city to the quiet country side.

House was clean and well presented! Dishwasher didn't work so we handwashed the dishes we used which wasn't a big deal since we ate out most meals. Liked the fact that it is right on the lakes edge. Great little place.

Our host was amazing! We had a couple different issues during our stay but they were fixed promptly and the same day!
