Location, location, location! The view and proximity to the beaches and barbecues is fantastic. We swam everyday right in front of the property and also swam and snorkeled at Poipu Beach and Salt Pond. The unit is close to Kōloa Town for easy shopping.A real plus was the very comfortable bed. We slept well, fans on and windows open.

Property has an incredible view but is dated and could use a few updates. I loved that the owner provided a mid-week clean which is not something many VRBO properties do so that was a plus. The fan in the living room squeaked so MX came out and it was better for a day then started squeaking again. The mirrors are corroded from the ocean air and could use replacing as it is apparent they have been that way for quite a while. The dishwasher leaked but MX came out immediately and that issue was resolved. The louvers on the windows don't work well. one of the closet doors didn't easily open and the beach chars weren't very nice. Ended up using the ones in my kids unit instead. Also I was looking forward to the sunset view from the patio but realized that only occurs during the winter. Just wish the picture had said "winter sunset view" as I was a tad disappointed. Overall it is a nice unit with a great location and view so a few updates would be a nice additon
