A PRIME LOCATION: The Marina's boardwalk is where you find most of the best restaurants of Puerto Vallarta and shopping, it is practically in the back yard of this beautiful 2,000 sq/ft condo and yet, a very quiet place. The beach is only a 5 minutes walk. After arriving you really won't need a car, everything that you may need is within walking distances.
THIS 2,000 sq/ft CONDO FEATURES: A large terrace overlooking the marina & mountains, there are stunning views from practically everywhere inside the condo. It has 2 large bedrooms and 2 bath. Recently fully remodeled. Full kitchen with granite counter tops, new appliances & laundry room. Very bright and comfortable living room with great views, split air conditioners in all rooms.
THE BUILDING: Located in one of the prestige areas of Puerto Vallarta. There are 4 tennis courts, a large size pool, water features everywhere in a well maintained garden, underground parking for 1 car and 24 hour security. The Marina Vallarta Golf Course is right in front. We are 5 minutes south from the airport and 15 minutes north from downtown Puerto Vallarta, easy access to taxis and local buses.

Great condo in a gated community at the heart of the marina district. Minutes from the airport. Fabulous, large terrace with incredible view of marina & mountains. Beautiful pool. Immaculate grounds with tennis courts. For extended stay, kitchen is stocked with toaster oven, insta pot, air fryer - all you need if you wish to eat in. Host very responsive. Great value!

Couldn't have hoped for anything more or better. Great location, beautiful condo with everything you need.... kitchen supplies, linens, tv's, lots of room for guests, balcony looking at marina, etc....it's all there. Would definately stay again if dates work out.

Stayed Two months of February and March 2019.
Gisele and Sam should be very proud of their condo in PV. It is everything the listing says it is. From the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds through to the huge outdoor space of the terrace this condo is great. The location is one of the best things about this place. It has wonderful views of the entire Marina and it offers up many fabulous restaurants within a very short walk. It is neat being able to sit on the terrace on Thursday evenings and watch the hustle and bustle of the Marina Market below. Sam and Gisele were always available via phone or email in case we needed anything and they responded very promptly.
We would certainly stay here again. Thanks to Gisele and Sam for making this a memorable vacation.
