About this house rental
An appealing residence initially designed by the owners - architects - as a family home.
Mediterranean architecture deeply affected by modernism. Simple looks, elaborated details, courtyards and open atrium that allow breezes to fresh the house - surrounded by figs, palms, olives and lemon trees.
Located in an isolated private estate remotely close to Livadi settlement, and few meters from Avlomonas sandy beach.
The house is developed through an open atrium surrounded by the sitting room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, the dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
You will find it delightful to take your breakfast or dinner in one of the three verandas.
Wake up and have your coffee in the backyard veranda viewing Hora - the traditional old town of Serifos.
In the afternoon, you can take your aperitif in the front veranda with sea view.
Ideal veranda though is the atrium, a retreat for relaxing moments from the hot sun and the wind. A house evoking family moments.

The home was spotless, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. Waking up and walking to the sea every morning was pure magic. We especially loved spending mornings and evenings on the terrace with meltemi. Serifos itself is a gem, but staying at your place made it all the more special.We’ll definitely be recommending your home to friends and would love to come back again in the future. Thanks again for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay on Serifos in the first week of May 25 together with our children and grandchildren. The house is beautifully situated in a large garden and has many terraces with a lovely view to Chora and to the sea. We also enjoyed the two kayaks. The town of Livadi is a cosy little place with a nice beach, good restaurants, a really good ice bar, and very friendly people. We also enjoyed the lemons in the garden.

We all loved our stay: lovely house, incredibly well equipped and very generous welcoming goods.
We appreciated so much the fruit and cheese that we wanted to buy more but never found such good quality ones! And delicious jam and honey.
Nothing was missing even 2 kayaks left by the owner that we tried with great pleasure.
Not talking of the ideal location with a beach in front of the house and a few minutes from the center of the village.
If we come back to Serifos we would love to stay in the same house!!! Highly recommended.
