Infinity View Villa Agios Ioannis Serifos

The villa is brand new and modern, with lovely views over the beach and horizon, especially at sunrise. It has three bedrooms (though we only needed one) and a washing machine, which was convenient. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in and a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The location is within walking distance of two beaches and a local taverna, which was a nice bonus.

The villa sits on the windy side of the island, and the sun leaves the terrace by the afternoon, so it’s not ideal for relaxing outside later in the day. While the interior is sleek and minimalist, it felt a little too stark and lacked the warmth or character we’ve experienced elsewhere at this price point. There was no welcome guide or local recommendations, and no welcome basket -- just a single bottle of water in the fridge and some leftover food items from previous guests. The showers were impractical, with only a hand shower and nowhere to hang it. Two of the bedrooms and an extra bathroom are located on the lower level with limited natural light, which may not appeal to everyone. There was also nearby construction during our stay, which caused some daytime noise and vibration. Finally, while the villa is priced at high season rates, much of the island was already winding down, with many restaurants and shops closed. Overall, it’s a clean and modern space with great views and a helpful host, but it didn’t quite deliver the full experience expected at this price level.

Beautiful villa with great sea views and great facilities ! everything was fantastic ! We will come back again! It is very close to Psili Ammos and also to Livadi. I recommend renting a car!
