About this house rental
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in a quiet Pekin neighborhood, this big house will be your new favorite stay. Close to main attractions in town, 8 mins drive to Avanti Dome, 7 mins drive to Pekin Hospital, 9 mins drive to Menard`s and other shopping centers.
Main floor:
This place includes smart tv in living room, full size kitchen, large dining area. Half bath and a nice sun room.
Top Floor:
3 bed rooms each with queen size beds. One full size bathroom.
Basement:
Full size washer and dryer. New remodel full size bathroom.
Have the entire place to yourself! No need for keys! This unit is armed with digital lock and guests will be provided with unique entry code.
Check in anytime after 4pm and check-out before 10am.
There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed. Smoking is classified as cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, cloves, etc. Violators are expected to pay a $300 penalty fee and may be subject to immediate eviction.
When booking, please ensure you include everyone in your reservation. Extra guests not originally included will be expected a fee/night of stay.
No parties or additional overnight guests beyond the stated reservation.
Quiet hours between 10pm until 8am
Please remove shoes inside the property to help preserve floors
Zero tolerance for smoking of any kind. Violators will be expected to pay a $200 non-refundable Ozone cleaning fee.

We needed a place for our employees to stay for 2 weeks while working at a jobsite in the Morton area. This was ideal to provide each of our employees their own room and their own bed. Great home and location our employees were very happy with their accommodations.
