This was an excellent house with the convenience of a grocery store adjacent to the backyard. We actually stayed here before and then booked again so we would stay again.

Host had great communication and checked in on us each day. The house had character and met our needs while we were in town for a high school event nearby. Having Hyvee in the backyard was very convenient for groceries. I would stay here again.

Sort of a 3 minus. In terms of cleanliness of kitchen, baths, linens, etc it was quite good. All our issues were based on an absentee owner and limited care of the property such as A/C filter having not been changed reducing functionality, back deck that had not been washed in some time, etc. The contacts were quite responsive but one should not have to reach out multiple times within a couple days.
