ABOUT ALPINE OASIS
This first floor unit is conveniently located within Leavenworth. An easy to downtown and all of the shops and restaurants. Fast drives to wineries, horseback riding, swimming and river rafting, and the Leavenworth Adventure Park is literally across the street. This park offers an alpine rollercoaster, rock climbing wall, a bungee trampoline, and more!
Alpine Oasis is so close to many other activities, as well. From here you're within walking distance to golf, minature golf, Waterfront Park, Blackbird Island, sports fields and a kid's playground - just to mention a few.
With two bedrooms, you can bring your entire family to this beautiful condo. It is well equipped for everything you would want to cook or do. Linens are provided, the bathrooms are ready for your visit, and there are even laundry facilities, in case there's mud or dirt involved with your horseback riding, skiing, or if you stomp grapes at a winery!

Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.

Overall, excellent stay. My wife, son, and fiance', and I stayed. We were going to Oktoberfest in Leavenworth, WA. The unit was very clean and was about .7 miles from downtown and the celebration venue. So, an easy walk to and from town after drinking at night.

Overall we did like this spot. I've stayed in several units in this condominium complex, and this one was well-furnished and comfortable. It was badly in need of a deep clean though - cobwebs and dust on the vanity lights, and window tracks full of dirt and dead bugs. The box fans provided (which the property manager could not confirm existed, so we bought our own on the way) were caked with dust. And there was a used band aid stuck to a pipe in one of the showers.The place was otherwise good enough that this wouldn't deter me from staying here again in the future, but certainly not for over 400 a night!

There were problems finding the condo because the unit number on the email could be read as 12, but was actually I--2. A hyphen was needed. There were no coat hangers in any of the closets. The tv was slow and buffered often .
