About this apartment rental
Florence downtown - completely renovated suite with spectacular view on the river Arno and Old Bridge.
The apartment is 30 meters far Ponte Vecchio. it is located at the 5th mezzanine floor of a seventeenth century building (with an elevator starting ground floor). The address is Lungarno Archibusieri at the corner between the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery, in front of the roof of the Corridoio Vasariano.
It is full of natural light and has spectacular views of the Arno river. It is elegantly furnished with antiques and designer furniture. All details (tapestry, lights, furniture) have been chosen with care.
The interior is 48 square meters (520 square feet), and was entirely renovated in 2010. It is composed of a living room with an American kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed(160x200) and wardrobe and a modern bathroom. The bedroom is quite and the queen bed has one side next the wall, please look at the the picture.
Although ideal for two people, the apartment can fit up to a maximum of four with its sofa bed (140x200) in the living room. The rooms are non very high, you have to know it if you are taller more than 6' .
In the apartment: SHARP 40 Smart LED TV, Netflix, Wireless connection, Air conditioning, Individual heating, Safe, Bed and bath linens, Washing machine, Ironing equipment, Hair dryer, Dead bolt lock on front door, Fully equipped kitchen utensils Video intercom to street level.
In the kitchen: all equipment needed for cooking and setting the table, Oven and gas stove, dishwasher, Toaster, Tea kettle, microwave oven.
Weekly cleaning and change of linens is included.
On request, extra cleaning service and extra change of linens.
The apartment is in the very heart of Florence: you can walk everywhere. The following points of interest can be reached by foot: 1 minute walking to the Uffizi Gallery and Palazzo Vecchio, in Piazza Signoria. 5 minutes walking to Via Tornabuoni, the most elegant shopping street in Florence. Crossing the Ponte Vecchio to the other side of the Arno you reach Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Garden in 5 minutes. The apartment is 15 minutes by foot to the main station, Santa Maria Novella, where you can take buses going in all directions of the city. Metered and covered public parkings are available few meters from the apartment.
Minimum stay: 3 days.
Payment can be made by bank wire, credit card or paypal. A deposit is required upon reservation.

The communication with the host was excellent. I really like that the host stopped by the apartment when we checked in. She provided tips on where to go as well as showed us how everything worked. This was extremely helpful for use of the washing machine.The apartment was perfect for my wife and I. Gave us plenty of space to spread out our stuff. The location of the apartment is fantastic and in walking distance of all major attractions. This was nice because we could stop by the apartment to drop things off or cool down for a few minutes before heading back out to walk around.It was very hot when we were there and the A/C kept the apartment cool, which was especially nice for sleeping.I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

An excellent apartment for a couple in Florence with a lift and a view of the Ponte Vecchio. A short walk to all major sites and some excellent restaurants.

You cannot go wrong if you stay here. The condo is well maintained and has everything you need. The location is outstanding...steps from Ponte Vecchio and a short 15 minute walk to the train station. Marusca was a great host meeting us at the apartment when we checked in and giving us some great tips on the areas.You are close to so many landmarks. Everything is very walkable.
