About this villa rental
This home has an amazing marsh view! The open floor plan is the perfect layout for families and friends to be together while cooking, enjoying some game time or even watching the nature through the panoramic windows. The master has a king size bed that has an in suite bathroom and large walk in closet. The master overlooks a cozy patio sitting area that is perfect for your morning coffee. The second bedroom is tucked away towards the front of the house and has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms are very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could think of to not only cook but bake as well. Stainless steel appliances through out the kitchen with marble countertops. The kitchen in open to the dining room and living room. Beautiful marsh views throughout. This place is sure to please any family or friends getaway trip.

We had a wonderful time at this villa. The views were fantastic, and we could basically see all the areas July 4th fireworks from the screen porch.

We have already rented this place again! It is a truly magical place with vaulted ceilings and a spectacular view of the marsh with frequent visits from the FL aviary community. The description is spot on. The management company is helpful, knowledgeable and I would recommend the manager to run a 5-star resort. She is responsive, personable and ready to help at a moments notice as is the entire staff of the company. There are 2 things that the owner may want to consider updating - the primary mattress although it is a good mattress it does have the dreaded body impressions on each side which makes it uncomfortable. Secondly the unit has high end cook wear which is difficult to use if you don’t know what you are doing (me lol). Luckily my husband knew what he was doing. We rented this unit for a month so my 2 comments are doable for a short stay. I would recommend renting a golf cart from XL Carts. You can rent one on property but XL Carts is less expensive and they are delightful to work with and I highly recommend them. The unit is not close to the amenities so you do need to drive to the beach unless you want to walk over a mile to get there. Plus the cart is fun! The view is amazing with a wall of windows facing the marsh. The outdoor space was my favorite part of the place. The home is decorated nicely and the starter kit given by the management company was helpful upon arrival. I highly recommend this place. It is also pet friendly which was an added bonus for us.

This villa has everything you need. Incredible views of the marsh and waterway. Extremely quiet with private parking and large living space that is comfortable and relaxing.The kitchen is well appointed. We kept the bird feeders full as a parade of birds were constantly visiting and entertaining us. Easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Even though hurricane Milton cut our stay a few days we still had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Will definitely be back to stay again!
