An eat-in kitchen overlooks the lanai and pool area, providing a convenient space for dining with a view. A separate seating area off the living room offers a cozy spot for reading or relaxing, ensuring there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and unwind.

Rotonda West is a deed restricted community of mainly single family homes located on the Cape Haze peninsula just south of Englewood in Charlotte County in SW Florida.
Rotonda West is laid out in the shape of an incomplete wagon wheel with over 20,000 acres of greenbelts, fairways, ponds, lakes and 23 miles of waterways made up of seven distinct subdivisions (spokes in the wheel) comprising Oakland Hills, Pebble Beach, Pinehurst, Broadmoor, Long Meadow, White Marsh, and Pine Valley.
In the center of Rotonda West off Parade Circle there is a community park with tennis courts, nature trail, childrens play area and BBQ. It is approximately a 20 minute drive to Englewood Beach. The house was clean and kithcen and linens well stocked. The pool was nicely maintained. Management group was easy to contact and professional. Location is in proximity to a variety of restaurants and stores. Area is less crowded than other areas of Florida. Recommend for families.

Great location for spring break trip with the grand children. Being able to open the sliding doors from the living room to the lanai made the house feel bigger. Having a pool was fantastic.

Every thing we needed. Everyone was kind and very responsive. Loved the pool. Lovely place.

Wrong codes for wi-fi., unable to sign in. Gas grill had a leak in line, unable to use and was too dirty to cook on. Some light switches did not work properly. TVs in all 3 bedrooms would have been a plus. Nice house but needed some attention.
