About this house rental
Located at Milepost 2.5, Sunrise to Sunset is our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Kitty Hawk cottage offering an unbeatable combination of ocean views, beautiful sunrises, outdoor living with a private hot tub, and a convenient location just across the street from the beach. The bright and inviting great room features 13 windows overlooking the ocean, filling the home with plenty of natural light and bringing the beauty of the coast indoors.
Start your morning on the front deck, the perfect spot for coffee and spectacular sunrise views. In the evening, head to the back deck to fire up the gas grill for sunset dinners, play cornhole, relax in the hammock, unwind in the private hot tub, or roast s'mores around the firepit.
When you return from the beach, you also have the convenience of rinsing off in the large outdoor shower downstairs.

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, Private full bathroom (shower only), Smart TV
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, Dresser, Smart TV, DVD player
Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed and Futon (Sleeps up to 4) Flat-screen Apple TV, DVD player
Hall Bathroom: Full bathroom with tub/shower combination
KITCHEN & GREATROOM -
The open great room provides plenty of space for everyone to relax, with two full-size couches, a ceiling fan, books, games, movies, and a 50-inch Smart TV with Blu-ray/DVD player above a cozy (electric) fireplace.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining table that seats 8. The fully equipped kitchen was recently renovated and includes additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar, and a hall pantry with plenty of storage as well as:
- Standard coffee maker and Keurig
- Microwave
- Blender
- Second refrigerator recently added in the utility room for extra food and beverage storage
OUTDOOR/BEACH AMENITIES -
Under the house, you'll find plenty of off-street parking, access to the backyard deck, and a storage area that includes:
- Hot tub
- Large outdoor shower
- Fire pit
- Extra refrigerator in the utility room
- Beach cart
- Multiple beach chairs
- Umbrellas
- Gas grill
- Hammock
- 2 bicycles
- Cornhole
The home also includes a washer and dryer in the laundry room and free high-speed WiFi throughout the property.

This house is almost too comfortable! The bedrooms are so cozy. There are so many extra touches throughout the property that make you feel like you’re homeThe great room involve everyone! The kitchen is easy to move around and fully stocked. Everything was clean and decorated so beautifully. The front deck views the ocean and the back yard has a fire pit with chairs, downstairs covered patio with sofa and hot tub. Tremendously enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful beach house! Great for families. This house has everything you need or could even want! Check in and check out was smooth! This house was everything we needed for a relaxing vacation! We will definitely be back!
