About this villa rental
Baan Jasmine has been tastefully decorated and enjoys; A large comfortable living area, open-plan to a modern well equipped kitchen leading to a dining area which seats 6.
Two large super King size bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms including showers, vanity basins, bath and toilets. One super king-size bed and the twin room has the option of twin beds or one super king-size bed.
Family friendly. LCD entertainment system including complimentary High Speed Wi-Fi, Cable TV, NETFLIX, DVD and DVD selection, Stereo System with Ipod connection and Bluetooth speakers throughout.
Fully air-conditioned(new units), floor & ceiling fans throughout.
Large private bali stone swimming pool, garden rain shower, sun loungers for four guests, Thai Sala with ceiling fan and sofa seating for six. In addition an outside covered Sala style dining area with ceiling fan(New) with BBQ and fridge(new) all within a large tropical walled garden. Private secure parking available.
Baan Jasmine requires a non refundable booking deposit via VRBO. The refundable damages deposit is returned by VRBO once guests depart from the villa and there is no loss and or damage to the villa and or its contents including the garden, sala and swimming pool.
When guests book with VRBO they are accepting the Baan Jasmine Booking Terms and Conditions. All guests must inform us if they do not receive these booking terms and conditions. Fully comperhensive Travel and medical insurance is required in Thailand.
Thai Immigration authorities require us to complete online forms for all guests staying at the villa. This is called a TM30. Only guests recorded are permitted to stay by Thai Law and guests who refuse to provide these details will be unable to stay.

We had a wonderful holiday together everything was beautiful and the pictures didn’t do the villa justice. We would definitely recommend, the villa had everything you could possibly need and more and the pool was fabulous. The surrounding area was lively with lots of fantastic restaurants, bars, shops and markets something for everyone. We would definitely go back.

The villa is beautifully furnished and there is every possible thing you need, plus some lovely extras such as scented pillow mist, aromatic oil burners and luxurious toiletries in the bathrooms. The outside space is wonderful with lots of seating options for both dining and relaxing plus of course a fantastic large swimming pool. Communication with Victoria prior to our stay was great being both informative and helpful and whilst at the villa Yvonne was also extremely helpful. One evening we had the private chef cook for us which was lovely and highly recommended , there was so much food we had enough for lunch the following day !! Whilst there the villa was cleaned twice and all towels and linens were changed twice in a 8 day stay, very impressed. Thank you Victoria for your kind gesture with the car.We have only one observation to make, it would be useful to have a second set of keys or a key safe outside as we were two couples holidaying together and it would have life easier. All in all we hade a fabulous stay in a lovely villa and would not hesitate to recommend it, Thank you

We spent 3 fantastic weeks at this property and cannot fault a thing. Everything we needed was catered for plus several extras. Communication with the owners and villa manager was very easy with lots of information about the area supplied. Can thoroughly recommend this villa for a very relaxing holiday
