The space
The best townhouse in Koh Samui with 2 floors:1 living room,1 bathroom, 1 dining room,1 kitchen with fully tools and 1 garden. Second floor: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (master bedroom with 2 second rooms, and master bedroom has separate toile)
Newly renovated room, all furniture appliances are new;with all equipments.
Guest access
all the house and including the public (pool/gym/tennis/basket ball)in community
Other things to note
1:LADIES: better to take a jacket for morning and night.
2:You can rent a car by your passport.
3:There are more insects than other countries.
4:Remember to take cash of thai.
5: Check-in requires a deposit of THB 10,000. Water and electricity charges are required. Water: 100 baht/ton. Electricity: 7 baht/degree. I hope you can protect your home appliances. Thank you!
