About this apartment rental
This centrally positioned apartment is spacious (87sq meters in total) with main living area opening to balcony that offers full view of large pool and landscaped recreation area and also unimpeded views over the bay and marina to Nessabar and Sunny Beach.
The apartment is tiled through-out, has air conditioning unit in main living area and both bedrooms, two bathrooms each with own boiler and shower, an inner hall, a living room with an open plan kitchen and a balcony leading from it. Each of the bedrooms also leads to separate balconies. The living room & main bedroom balconies overlooks the pool & sea and faces the sun - great for monitoring pool activity and getting a tan at the same time.
Two large balconies overlooking the sea (which is literally a stones throw away) and newly built marina where you will find lots of restaurants and shops.
Of real benefit is the location of the resort. It is front line and on high ground thereby offering great views. It is a few minutes to the beach and is also right next to the Sveti Vlas village (albeit small town really) thus offering easy access by foot at any time.
Roughly 5km away is the lively resort of Sunny Beach is 5km. It can be reached by taxi or a cheap and regular bus service which stops outside the Resort. Sunny Beach is a very busy seaside tourist town which has a buzzing atmosphere and an abundance of bars shops restaurants nightclubs and fun! The perfect place to party all night!
Also across the bay from the apartment is the ancient town of Nessebar, a 3000 year old settlement and UNESCO World Heritage Site. It boasts 10 splendid mediaeval churches and has a lovely ancient streets where there are some fabulous restaurants with an amazing sea view and plenty of tourist shops. You can get to Nessebar by water taxi from the marina. This is a great trip with an excellent view of the whole bay including Sunny Beach or if you prefer there is a bus service which runs every 20 minutes from outside the Resort.
There are lots of bus excursions, boat rides, walking, horse riding, water sports on offer and car hire is available from several local Tourist service centres. These include for example a 2 day coach trip to Istanbul, a tour of Sofia and The Rila Monastry, The Blue Mountain and Zheravna, Sozopol and a river cruise on the Ropotamo river or Varna and its Dolphinarium. A Bulgarian village theme excursion which will take you through some typical villages near St Vlas and will acquaint you with the unique Bulgarian folklore. Enchanting programme of dances and songs.

Padraics apartment is a perfect size for a family of 4 adults. With a fabulous view from the balcony, lovely pool, friendly staff in reception, taxi rank in front of reception plus the wonderful Diamonde Restaurant on site (ate there 4 times and delicious everytime including the Sushi) and a cute beach right on the doorstep plus the Marina. What more could you want!
Sunny beach as expected fun and lively.
Nessebar disappointing as very commercial.
Nessebar aquapark the best with free bus on main road.
Sveti Vlas up the hill behind complex, lovely village and well worth exploring.
Tip.... use taxi on site, they don't rip you off! 15lev to sunny beach. 25lev to Nessebar. Of course there's always the local bus too.
Padraic was very helpful right from the start, sent instructions, contact numbers and recommendations before our arrival. Plus no hassle getting into apartment as the key was also sent to us, which was perfect when arriving at 5am!
The only thing I'd like to point out was that the wooden and plastic balcony furniture was rotten and brittle. Clearly other holiday makers have not read Padraics instructions when he asks for the balcony furniture to be taken inside at the end of the holiday! We have informed Padraic but I can see Padraics reluctance to replace the furniture!

the apartment is spacious and comfortable; stunning view; It has all the necessary facilities for a successful holiday; the owner responds promptly to any requests; the complex also has several swimming pools - free access, small restaurants, shops and bars / pubs; fine sand beach (blue flag) and clear water; quiet area suitable also for families with children. the property is 15 km away from the largest aqua park in Bulgaria. We will return next year.

"Apartment is one of the best I''ve ever rented, nice and functional (fully equipped kitchen- cutlery, plates,-AC, etc.). Flat position is excellent. Is more beautiful than shown on the site. The owner has been prompt and very seriously, and provided all necessary instructions. Area is suitable for children, very clean beach sand, and very nice childrens pool. We found playgrounds, several small shops and several restaurants, an outdoor theater and a nice Orthodox church painted in the resort. Wait to return next year."

First of all thanks to the owner for the very helpful and engaged attitude!
Everything, also the pick up service from and to the airport, was reliable and just in time.
We never had a better view to the sea like in this appartement!The app. was very spacious and clean. Every room was air - conditioned, for that we were very thankful, because it was very hot in the summer. The TV has had a lot of programms. So the kids were happy, to watch their favourites also in the german language. Not only the appartement was clean but also the whole compex and the pool area. The sun chairs were free at the pool, the sunshade did cost circa 1Euro/ day. At the beach you had to pay ca. 3,50 Euros/ day for 2 sunchairs and 1 sunshade. The beach also was very cultivated. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the near of the appartement and a nice wellness center.
German people we did not notice in this complex, the most people came from England and Russia. Our kids came in contact with some english kids, so that their experience in the english language did make progresses!
If you like to clean your towels, it is better to bring them by yourself to the laundry in Sveti Vlas! Don´t use the service from the manager of Diamante, because the prices are absurd exsessive!!!
There is only one negative point in the appartement: the bed sofa is not very comfortable and has not a high mechanical load capacity, but for 2 weeks and 1 kid it is okay. We wish all the guests in the future lazy and relaxing days like we had!
