We had the pleasure of being hosted by a very kind, responsible, and welcoming host. The apartment we booked was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our stay.
The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, and because it is not a large hotel, it felt much more peaceful and personal.
Excellent value for money. We would be happy to stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Locatia este foarte buna, la 7-8 minute de mers de cea mai apropiata plaja. Tinand cont ca in fata locatiei este disponibila parcarea, iar in statiune locurile de parcare sunt limitate, si, de obicei cu plata, asta e un bonus.
In cadrul complexului este o piscina foarte curata ce poate fi folosita.
Amenajarile din cadrul complexului sunt foarte ingrijite (spatii verzi etc)
Exista un bar langa piscina de unde se poate comanda o bautura sau un snack.
Bucataria este foarte slab utilata cu cele necesare. Nici macar detergent de vase si un burete de spalat nu am gasit acolo.
Comunicarea cu administratorul este foarte complicata. Desi vorbeste engleza, nu comunica deloc bine. Am avut in camera un televizor care nu era conectat la cablu TV. Am mers si am anuntat, a fost trimis un tehnician care vorbea doar bulgara, care a saltat din umeri, spunand ca o sa incerce sa rezolve a doua zi. A doua zi, am discutat cu administratorul, a insistat ca pe cablu sunt doar programe in bulgara, si doar la insistentele mele a trimis din nou tehnicianul. Pana la urma problema nu a fost rezolvata.
In ultima zi am mers la receptie si am spus ca vreau sa fac check-out-ul (sa aveti in vedere ca trebuie platit 100 BGN sau echivalent depozit la check-in) sa mearga in camera sa verifice ca totul e in regula. Dupa 10 minute in care am stat acolo asteptand sa isi termine apelurile telefonice am insistat sa mearga sa vada camera si a zis ca mai intai trebuie sa ii aduc cheia si hartia primita la check in (lucru pe care nu l-a spus de prima data).
Lucruri marunte care scad foarte mult calitatea generala a serviciilor oferite. Daca o sa urmariti celelalte comentarii, majoritate se leaga de comunicarea cu administratorul. Acum am inteles si de ce.
