About this bed and breakfast
NEVER A CLEANING FEE: Remodeled in 2022, the studio suite boast 600 sq. ft. of stylish, personal space with a spa-inspired bathroom, full-size European Liebherr refrigerator stocked with bottled water, beer, coffee, Kind Bars, and other breakfast items to help kick-start your day. French Doors open to quiet time in the outdoor sitting area--or grab a lounge chair and get a tan by the *pool. Blackout blinds ensure privacy and solid sleep on the new Nova Form mattress. A short drive or walk to the El Paseo Shopping District (AKA 'The Rodeo Drive of the Desert') is where you will find delightful shops and plenty of dining options. The home is divided in half: owner-occupied side and the studio suite on the other. The studiosuite has its own a/c and heat, so you can find the perfect temp for yourself. Keyless (punch pad) entry. *The property has a large pool that is only heated in the summer months by the sun. Guests are welcome, of course, to sit by the pool and enjoy the sun with a chill libation or take a nap...mi casa es su casa! NO PETS.

We stayed here for 5 nights, and I'd give it 10 stars if I could. The suite is beautiful, FULLY stocked with just about everything you could ever need (including snacks and drinks) and it's in a great location in a beautiful neighbourhood. Jeff is a fantastic host who goes above and beyond to provide not only an exceptional space but also a personal touch to make you feel very welcome without feeling like your privacy is infringed upon. We would absolutely stay here again.

My words will not do justice to this place but I will try. Imagine your coolest uncle who has amazing taste in decor and a retro, hipster, rat pack vibe taking part of his mcm home in a beautiful foothill neighborhood and turning it into a vrbo. That’s this place. Freestanding soaking tub - Full bar - Thoughtfully stocked fridge - . Luxurious bathroom with high-end spa-quality lotions and perfumes . Even a drawer of basic medical remedies. Beautiful shower (loved the shampoo and conditioner so much I immediately ordered some). Sumptuous linens. A lovely private patio where you can relax and enjoy the hummingbirds. An envious collection of vinyl and a turntable. A closet with robes and sunscreen. A selection of coffees and coffee-makers! Reading material galor. I could live there. I wish I did! Hands down the best place I have ever stayed. Jeff and Phil were beyond thoughtful and considerate. I wish everyone put this much care Into their lodgings. The decor! I hope to return someday. Literally beyond compare. Close to the tennis gardens too. Can’t say enough great things. Thank you for making your place so wonderful! So quiet too. Just perfect.

My girlfriend and I are both very seasoned travelers, domestically and internationally. Within 30 minutes of us arriving and soaking everything in, we were so blown away with the experience we knew we were going to have that we immediately booked this same spot for our next trip to this area.The listing is 100% accurate, the hosts are beyond accommodating and responsive, and there is literally nothing that can be improved upon. Many thanks for hosting us and providing an amazing time in literally every aspect possible.
