    Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Beautiful property. Yoga under the trees in the morning, drinks by the pool by day and wonderful courtyard meals.

    Loved the firepits and juice bar. Very beautiful property and and one day wasn't enough to to fully unwind in a place that lends itself to relaxation. Thank you Kalisa for such above and beyond care for us. Beautiful stay

    Both of the pool filters were off and the water in both pools was milky and disgusting. Hair and debris were floating on the water and there were more than 40 people in the main pool when we arrived. We counted hundreds of empty drink cups and food containers around the pool deck that had not been cleared and dozens of towels piled up on loungers that were not being used. The AC unit in our room was so loud, that we couldn’t have a conversation with the air conditioner on certainly couldn’t sleep. It was making a tapping sound and would click and we had to have maintenance come to repair it to get the air coming out to be moderately cool. For some reason the toilet is about 8 to 10 inches from the wall in the bathroom and feels like it’s in the middle of the space. The resort has a very dated feel with the absolute minimum updates done to give it a fresh look. All of the outlet covers in our room were still beige/biscuit from decades ago with very cheap finishes throughout. We didn’t dare to eat at the resort so I can’t comment on the food but the drinks we ordered from the pool bar were undrinkable.
