A few issues when we arrived but we resolved them. The host is very communicative and is available at all times. Their are no washer and dryers available on site so you have to find a laundry facility which makes it difficult if you're staying long term. All in all its a nice, quite location with lots of activities to do and the cute town of New Bern is 10min away. Also, the beautiful beaches like Emerald Isle is only 1hr away. We would definitely stay their again.

The studio apartment was the perfect locale for my stay at New Bern, NC. The unit was exceptionally clean, great location, full of friendly neighbors...next trip back...will hope for another stay! Thank you !!
