About this house rental
Lovely 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, newly updated townhome with loft overlooking the water. Has one king size bed and two fold out twin beds. Beautiful new high-end furniture throughout. Updated kitchen with high-end appliances and fully stocked with coffee. There is a full size washer and dryer for your use as well. Peaceful and serene environment. For a small daily fee, you can use the nearby indoor and outdoor pool, gym, tennis courts, mini-golf and much more.

- The quality of appliances, furnishings, and amenities are high for a rental.
- Not a first floor, consider that if carrying many bags. Bedroom is upstairs.
- Not too far from New Bern but takes time to arrive at Fairfield Harbour from the main road.
- Noise varies with current neighbors, easily transmitted from adjoining townhome.
- There is beach house mustiness that permeates, not highly offensive, but clearly noticeable at the kitchen sink. Owner offered to investigate during my stay.
- Nice area to walk.
- Balcony faces a small man-made lake.
