Staying with two kids under 5, this was an excellent base camp right on the mountain. The house was well equipped and the boot drier and sleds in the garage were a huge plus! Our location was right across the street from a great sledding hill for this age. The only negative I could think of was the cleanliness of some of the dishes. They needed to be washed again before use, but certainly didnt take away from the trip. Would definitely recommend!
