About this villa rental
The villa vanilla, newly built, is located on the heights of the tourist route in Saint Francois. It offers a magnificent sea view and layout allows you to stay there in the greatest calm and great intimité.Elle is located near the beach clear grapes and all services. You will be close to the casino, golf course and marina of St. Francis. Outside the villa, facing the sea, a large terrace with a private pool, 4 chairs, landscaped garden, outdoor shower, lounge and dining area in the hut and barbecue and hammock. The villa has 3 large rooms well lit by window-doors with sea views, living room-kitchen and 2 bedrooms. All windows are protected by electric shutters. The air-conditioned rooms each offer a dining corner bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and hair dryer and a large closet with a safety deposit box. The first bedroom possessed a large bed and 2 February juxtaposed single beds. Each one also has a living room-kitchen WC fermé.Le is air conditioned and offers a lounge with sofa 3 places and flat screen TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with coffee - American fridge - induction hob - oven and built-in microwave oven - dishwasher - wine cellar - washing machine and dryer - small appliances - quality dishes. Also included in your stay: internet, wi-fi, telephone, cable tv, towels, linens and bedding (a sheet change weekly), maintenance of the pool and landscaped garden, a welcome meal and the first breakfast (all included).

It’s a lovely place - and probably the best location for us - wonderful views.
There is a smaller villa right next door - but as it’s only for 2 - it’s unlikely you’d be disturbed by noise.
Couple of things we didn’t think about -
You need to bring your own beach towels - we didn’t and so we had to buy some.
Also there is no housekeeping so you need to clean up at the end of your stay or pay separately for cleaning - 100 euros.
Fantastic meal on arrival - and Chantal who looks after the property is just lovely.
You need a car - and so it’s a great option to rent the one provided with the house - but you do need to have this cleaned at the end of your stay.
All in all a lovely villa, with beautiful views, managed by a really kind person.
