About this villa rental
A spacious villa facing the sea (max 14 people) awaits you, 30 m from a small cove planted with coconut palms.
A small path leads you to the beach, where swimming is a real pleasure....The lagoon is a small aquarium.
For the more athletic activities, a surf spot is accessible from the bottom of the house.
From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of Marie-Galante, the Saintes and the Soufrière (lower land).
From mid-February the whales grow offshore to reach the sandbanks until the end of April ... If you are lucky enough to see them .... spectacle and thrills guaranteed
The villa located in St François, a nautical resort in the south of Grande-Terre, will offer you exceptional comfort to spend your holidays under the Caribbean sun. With friends or family, at their own pace! because you will have 6 bedrooms, 1 fully equipped American kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, an outdoor shower, a large living room opening onto the terrace.
A personalized welcome will be reserved for you so that you feel on vacation as soon as you arrive: we will have the pleasure of offering you your first dinner in the tropics!! (for a minimum stay of 7 nights) without forgetting the planteur to be enjoyed by the pool.
No constraints, the maintenance of the swimming pool and the garden are provided by professionals and the cleaning will be done once a week (for minimum stays of 14 nights).
A barbecue is at your disposal for unforgettable barbecue evenings.
Any day of arrival with the exception of school holiday periods (Saturday to Saturday).
End of stay cleaning to be paid on site: 120€

We stayed for a week as a family of 8 including 3 teens. The open nature of the house was wonderful! Being able to wander out to the pool or lounge on the covered porch or walk down to snorkel across the street was divine. The kitchen had all we need. The host was so welcoming and provided a welcome meal and a delightful punch on our last day. The one time we had an issue they fixed it immediately! The location was both quiet and convenient for St Francis, Sainte Anne and other areas of Grande Terre! Lots of lovely bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive. Thank you so much for all of your hospitality!!!!

La maison comme sa propriétaire ont fait de notre séjour un moment particulièrement agréable et rare. Maryse fait tout ce qu'elle peut et ce qu'il faut, pas sa présence et ses conseils, pour faire de ce séjour un rêve en Guadeloupe. Sa maison est superbe, confortable, pratique, facile à vivre, tout est fait pour rendre vos vacances réussies. Nous garderons longtemps des souvenirs magnifiques de notre séjour à la Villa Maïki. Tout y était parfait !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette magnifique villa, calme, spacieuse, très bien équipée. Les photos correspondent en tout point avec la réalité. Si nous avions pu nous serions restés un peu plus longtemps! Comme les précédents locataires nous avons été conquis. Merci Maryse pour cet acceuil, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
