Surfside 203 - 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Oceanfront Condo

This was our second trip to Clearwater Beach and we enjoyed an excellent week at The Villas condo A9. The condo was perfect as it overlooks the beach. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. It was well equipped with all of your cooking needs. The only thing you may want to bring is any condiments you deem necessary. for cooking. There was nothing in the cupboards when we arrived. It should also be noted that the coffee maker is a Keurig that necessitates the use of pods. Tom, the manager, was very helpful and responsive to our needs. He responded in minutes to several text messages we sent him concerning a minor issue with the entry lock. When we return to Clearwater, we would definitely consider staying at this condo again.

Host was very easy to work with. Beautiful condo and a location that cannot be beat. Had everything you’d need for the beach. The only issue we ran into was the elevator worked sometimes and sometimes it didn’t. It was very inconvenient because we had two young kids and a stroller or a wagon most of the time we left the condo that we’d need to unpack and carry down the stairs along with our kids. Even so, we’d stay here again!

Surfside 203 was an excellent location for beachgoers with restaurants and town just a short distance away. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable offering beautiful sunset views. Parking garage is right there, no need to fight for parking on the street. We stayed for one week only to wish it was a much longer stay. We’ll hopefully get a chance to return!

Amazing property! We booked at the last minute desperate to get to warmer weather after Christmas. This condo was PERFECT! Super clean and had everything you would ever need for a great week at the beach. Perfect location on the beach. Trolley stop steps away from the condo to cruise up and down the beach to enjoy all the shops and restaurants. We could walk everywhere, including the historic Pier 60 for shopping and fun nightly entertainment.
