About this villa rental

2- Story villa provides unobstructed 180 degree views of the pacific coast from both Master Bedroom Suites with private balconies as well from the other bedrooms and the rest of the villa. New - just added, the 3rd bedroom now has en-suite access to the lower level bathroom adding to the convenience and privacy for guests.
Best of all, this is a private community with its own private paved road and only 2 minutes off the main highway to your front door! Private road is also beautifully landscaped and lit at night- virtually an unheard of convenience in Costa Rica.
All of this yet you are secluded in the primary forest where you will see Toucans, White-faced monkeys, sloths, hummingbirds and more right from your balcony.
Enjoy your meals in either your indoor dining room or outdoor dining area poolside by your private infinity edge pool. Dominical is known to have some of the best surf in the country, but it also has easy access to two amazing national parks (Manuel Antonio and Marino Ballena), some breathtaking waterfalls, great rivers for rafting, and many other great natural adventure tours. With its stunning backdrop of lush green forests and palm trees, this beach is also a great place to bird watch or take a canopy tour of the surrounding locale. There are many other outdoor activities to take part in while in the Dominical area such as hiking, horseback riding, ATV tours, snorkeling trips and kayaking.

In an effort to maintain the beauty and care of our garden and pool, this villa receives maintenance for both on Mondays and Thursdays. Our crew will try to complete the tasks quickly and efficiently, so that your stay is not interrupted.
We have an office within walking distance of the villas where you will find our Property Manager, Concierge and Maintenance Manager. Having our own maintenance staff ensures your villa and its amenities are always in perfect working order.
Any problems are responded to immediately. Also we have on-site security all night.

We are truly more than just renting from an owner; we hand our guests a set of keys and a cellphone with a local number for them to use in case of emergencies and/or for any information they might need at any time.

This property was accurately portrayed in the photos for sure, beautiful! There were some small issues however. All but one shower heads was not working well. The rain heads were more like small waterfalls. There were no dish towels to dry dishes with and with a party of 8 people there were always dishes. The towels, in general, could use a refresh and there were several light bulbs that needed changing. The spa was not working when we arrived but the concierge, Oscar, sent someone to repair it right away. Oscar was at my beck and call and he was wonderful to deal with! You must have a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get to this property! There is security which is great but the driveway is incredibly steep!! Overall, we loved the property for our family of 8!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay and we're very pleased overall with everything. Oscar, the property manager was extremely helpful and attentive. We were close to all the things we wanted to do. Chef Christopher was wonderful! So glad we hired his services.
I did let Oscar know that we had dinner difficulties with the dishwasher getting an error code and not running properly but it was a minor inconvenience.

We loved landing in this home. The property manager so helpful. The beds so comfortable. There is some highway traffic noise that we were not expecting, but it was doable abs faded into the back ground. The hot tub abs view was wonderful. Very spacious
