Mulino della Rassina is part of a very old, stone farmhouse with remarkably ancient roots. The mill, property of the Lepri family from generations, has been handed down from father to son, and since the first of the '900 had been an important landmark of the local farming community. On the ground floor of the farmhouse you can still admire the ancient millstones used to produce flour that was used to prepare the famous Tuscan, homemade bread and cereal milling of all kinds.

Ground floor: bathroom with shower and wide kitchen with access to a paved external area, next to the swimming pool, equipped with gazebo, table, chairs and barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals.
First Floor: with access only from an external staircase with typical, small loggia, living-dining room with TV, kitchenette with wood burning oven and access to a small terrace with table and chairs ideal for outdoor breakfasts. From the dining room leads to the living room with sofas, large dining room, bathroom with shower, bedroom with 2 single beds (standard single 0.80 x 1.90 m), double bedroom (standard double 1.60 x 1.90 m) and bathroom with showerThe rooms are connected by a few steps.
The beautiful swimming pool, the outdoor space and the vegetable garden. Guests have at disposal a beautiful, fenced pool, a large outdoor area with garden furniture and a well-tended vegetable garden, where every day they can gather and enjoy seasonal vegetables. The house furnishing is nice and comfortable and fits in perfectly with a rustic, Tuscan typical home.
The city of Arezzo and its works of art, monuments, shops and services. The village of Palazzo del Pero, where there is a bar and small grocery stores, is located just 3 km away and the city of Arezzo with its works of art, monuments, shops and services of all kinds is approximately 15 minutes by car. Antico Mulino is located on the edge of a green valley, in an easily accessible yet quiet and peaceful area.

Bed linen and bathroom towels (initial set).

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE :
Breakage deposit Euro 200 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 100.
Heating Pellet stove: Euro 20 per day (if used).
Pets (small size) are welcome on payment of Euro 10 each per day.
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 4 each.

It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers aw

Tourist tax Euro 3 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.

Methods of payment by bank transfer:
at the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a 30% deposit of the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 45 days before the beginning of the stay.

Cancellation policy:
-30% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 45 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 44th day and the day of arrival, and in case of No Sho
