237 Shorewood Villa is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Oceanview Villa. From the time you are behind the Shorewood Villas gates you are in a little slice of landscaped heaven. Taking a quick right and pulling under the back buildings of Shorewood you can take the elevator up and shortly be at the front door of the 2nd floor unit. The updated kitchen is on the left as you walk in which overlooks a nice dining area and a comfortable living area (new queen sleeper sofa) with a flat screen and views out to the pool and ocean. Off the Living Room is a balcony perfect for morning coffee and an evening cocktail.
The Master Bedroom with a King Bed has similar views as well as an entrance to the balcony. Imagine waking with the sun coming up from the ocean. With tons of space and a flat screen it is the perfect place to get away from it all. The Master Bathroom has a large shower to melt any cares away. Also tastefully decorated the Guest Bedroom has a King bed and flat screen and uses the updated hall bathroom.
Whether you are using the kitchen to just fix breakfast or a complete gourmet meal during your stay this kitchen has it all including updated appliances and a Regular?Keurig Coffeemaker. The pass through to the dining area makes serving a breeze. There is also a washer dryer for your use as well.
The Shorewood complex is in the South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island and is just a hop skip away from the popular Coligny Plaza. The zero-entry oceanfront pool is a place you want to be when you haven't taken the few steps to HHI's wonderful hard packed beach. There is a kiddie pool, and the pool is heated in March-April & October-November (dates subject to change) while the hot tub is heated from Labor Day to Memorial Day. Rent a bike and you can get anywhere in a few moments time. Just down the beach is the famous Tiki Hut and just beyond that is The Beach Market and Coligny Plaza where you can shop, dine, pick up groceries, catch a show and enjoy outdoor entertainment in the summer. Also nearby is the newest addition to Hilton Head, the Lowcountry Celebration Park so be sure and check it out!

Shorewood is a great property, close to the town center for easy walking and biking. We enjoyed it so much two years ago that even after comparing it with other options for variety, we ended up here. The unit was as advertised, and when a few minor issues/questions arose, the owner was reachable and responsive, even over the Labor Day holiday.

Property is great, right on the beach. The condo is clean and spacious. Would definitely stay there again. It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Perfect from start to finish. Location is perfect, easy walk to everything we love, beach and Coligny. Would highly recommend .
