The property was amazing. The service staff was very attentive and quick to help with anything. We really enjoyed the pool and access to the La Palapa restaurant down on the waterfront. We had a very minor issue with floor cleanliness but the property manager addressed it right away. The kitchen is very well stocked and had everything we needed for making drinks and meals. The beds are incredibly comfortable. It was the best sleep I have had in a really long time and prompted me to start shopping for a new mattress at home. My father-in-law uses a walker which worked fine for the most part around the property. The unit has a stair at the entry and a stair to the bedrooms so the walker worked fine but it is not wheelchair accessible.

Oh my goodness….. I cannot say enough good things about Esperanza and the villa we stayed in. I felt like royalty from the second I walked into the unit. I pray this is what heaven is like. Host was wonderful and was available for anything we needed. I’m already trying to figure out when we can go back.
