A group of 8 guys went for my bachelor party. Cindi was great to deal with. The caretaker was awesome. The outdoor area was definitely the star of the show. The place was clean the pool was amazing and the house is pretty private from neighbors. Will definitely be back if I need a large house again. Thinking about going with a few other couples since the house is massive with each bedroom having its own bathroom and away from each other. Very family freindly aswell. The only complaint we had was a lack of larger frying pan, pots and cookware. Overall very satisfied thanks again Cindi

We had my bachelorette party here and it was an excellent villa for 10 people. The property is huge and gorgeous. The yard is super lush and we loved using the pool! Cindi, and her team with Adelita and Zain, were able to help us with anything; we set up a chef dinner at the house, we were able to organize shuttles to and from the airport, and they even stopped at the store for us. Zain responded to us at all hours with whatever we needed help with! It's also only about 15 minutes from downtown Cabo, so an easy drive, but nice and quiet. The only real issue we had trouble getting hot water for some of our showers. Also, you can't heat the pool and the hot tub at the same time. But these were minor, and we loved our stay. I hope we have an opportunity to go back some day!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Elegante. The communication with Cindi was excellent, and she helped us coordinate some extra events at the house, including a chef one night. The property manager, Adelita, was very responsive to any questions or communications that we had. The pool and hot tub were the most amazing part of this home! We would absolutely return and stay with Cindi again

We stayed at this villa expecting a high-end experience given the price point, but encountered several issues.Families should be aware of the layout, one bedroom is located in the front courtyard (between a locked gate and the main door), and another is accessed via an outdoor walkway. This setup may not be ideal for those traveling with young children.There were also multiple maintenance concerns: the pool pump did not appear to be working (a child in our group later developed an ear infection), the hot tub was not clean and the jets didn’t function, there was an electrical issue in one bedroom, and a ceiling stain in the primary. Overall, the home would benefit from a thorough deep clean.The private chef was excellent—flexible and especially helpful given some of the service gaps.Unfortunately, several arranged services fell short. We had requested early check-in (which was kindly waived), but the home was not ready. We also arranged for baby equipment (including two pack-and-plays), but only one was provided, resulting in a very stressful first night. The grocery service was delayed, and in hindsight, shopping ourselves would have been easier.We raised these concerns and followed up to reconcile charges but did not receive a response.Overall, the home has potential, but improved coordination, maintenance, and communication are needed to meet expectations at this price point.
