Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath family owned Orlando vacation spot is conveniently located four miles from Walt Disney World in the private residential area of Lindfield Estates in Kissimmee, Florida. There is fun for the whole family to enjoy! You’re only a short drive from all the Disney theme parks including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. Other nearby attractions include: Universal Studios, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Sea World, Island of Adventures, Gator Land and Wet-n-Wild.
Guests may also enjoy shopping and dining at the multitude of restaurants and shopping malls in the surrounding area or get out and relax on the links. It was a clean place close to the parks for our family of four. The condo meet our basic needs of a place to sleep, shower and eat a pizza we grabbed at Giordanos. Thanks so a great stay.

The toilets had some issues flushing which required you to hold the handle for a few seconds and confirm the toilet stopped running. The towels need replacement. The location is more than 10 minutes from Disney, we found it 20 to 30 minutes at most times including early morning for RunDisney events. Overall, this property was an excellent value. The property manager was very easy to work with and we would stay here again.

The property is cute, perfect for our family's trip. The owner was great, however, he has someone managing the property that was less than pleasant. Check in was at 4, but we didn't get in until 6 because the cleaners were still in the home ( on the phone instead of working), our bedsheets were still wet, there were no trash bags, laundry soap, dishwasher soap. The sliding glass door did not lock and most of the vertical blinds by the glass door were missing. They only provided one parking pass and said to let them know if we needed another. However, when I reading through our paperwork it said 2 parking passes should have been provided. When I reached out about it, I never received a response so we got a tow warning stuck on our rental car. Like I said, the owner was great, super responsive and helpful but whoever he has running his property is costing him happy customers.
