Your check in instructions, door code, and community pool/fitness center access code will be sent before arrival. A car permit decal is provided for your vehicle and must be displayed on the rearview mirror and returned to its designated spot at checkout (a replacement fee applies if not returned). Please note one closet in the primary bedroom is reserved for our cleaning team and is not accessible to guests.

Grand Palms is a gated, resort-style condo community in the heart of Kissimmee, just minutes from Walt Disney World, Old Town, and the shops and restaurants along the 192 corridor.

The neighborhood is quiet and well-maintained, with a community pool, hot tub, tennis court, and fitness center, giving guests a relaxing home base between park days.

You're close enough to the action to skip the long resort commute, but far enough to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

Guests have access to one designated parking space in the community lot for the length of their stay. A car is the easiest way to get around, as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and the Old Town entertainment district are all just a short drive away, with rideshare (Uber/Lyft) also widely available in the area.

Please note: RVs, trailers, boats, and vehicles over ¾-ton rating are not permitted in the community.
