402 Forest Beach Villas is unique, cozy and spacious for 580 square feet with a balcony. A beautifully remodeled 4th floor unit, this villa is located on the 4th floor via elevator and provides guests with peek-a-boo views of the Atlantic Ocean from the windows overlooking the parking lot and from the balcony. Bike racks are available guest rental bikes. We recommend renting from Hilton Head Bicycle Company.
When entering the villa to the immediate left is a fully equipped kitchen which has new counter tops, tile floors, and plenty of counter space. The dining area, located just outside the kitchen, features a round top table for four and comfortable seating.
The spacious living room features a sectional chase sofa perfect for curling up with your favorite book, or peering out at the fantastic sunshine. Off the living room to the right is the master bedroom, with king size bed, Smart TV, and private bath with a new stackable washer and dryer inside, and new walk-in shower with tile and glass doors.
Hilton Head beach-oriented rentals such as this one provides guests with everything they need. Guests will certainly enjoy this little piece of paradise nestled between beautiful vegetation, and the Atlantic Ocean. The condo was ideal for my solo trip to enjoy the golf tournament, the beach (a short walk across the street) and nearby Savannah. The kitchen is small but updated and efficient. The living/dining room was spacious, with a small balcony. The bedroom was equally spacios and comfortable and the closet had plentiful hangers and a luggage rack. The bathroom might have been the best part, with a big, beautifully remodeled marble shower and great water pressure. Other thoughtful amenities included beach chairs and towels, a hair dryer and tons of coffee pods. The Tiki, a popular beach bar and restaurant with live music, is across the street and at least a half-dozen restaurants are a short walk way. If you’re traveling solo or as a couple, this place has everything you need at a third of the price of nearby beach resorts.
