Beach equipment rentals are available right on the beach by Shore Beach Services. Grills are not allowed at this complex and are not provided. Baby’s Away can supply any baby equipment needed, they deliver!
Plenty of free parking is available at this property for your unlimited vehicles. This complex does not have a heated pool.
The one level flat renovated in 2022 is located on the third floor near the first elevator facing the pool, tennis/pickleball courts and lagoon. The location is perfect for enjoying the Island breezes on the spacious balcony with private access to the balcony from both bedrooms and the living room.
This spacious two-bedroom, two full bath villa with king size bed in the master and two twin beds in the guest room and a queen size sofa bed in the living room and is located in the Forest Beach Villa complex at 10 South Forest Beach Drive, which is right across the street from the Beach and the Beach House Ocean Front Hotel and FAMOUS Tiki Bar. You will be right across the street from the beach and walking distance to Coligny Plaza and the shops and restaurants. Two hard surface tennis courts and a private pool are located right on the property. This villa offers exceptional amenities, style, and location.
The South Forest Beach area is located just down the street from the Ocean Gate to Sea Pines Resort as well.
Step inside, and this Forest Beach Villa features a nice open kitchen with two bar stools, two bathrooms with walk-in showers, a 65” flat screen Smart TV in the living room with Spectrum cable and complimentary secured high speed WiFi as well as a queen size sofa bed. The master bedroom also features a 50" flat screen Roku Smart TV.l with king size bed. The guest room features two twin beds and a 50" flat screen Smart TV.
Step outside and you are walking right across the street to the beach and numerous walking and bike paths. There are several bike racks under the building and this condo is located on the third floor very close to the first elevator that you come to once you park underneath the building.
Unlike other owners or management companies, we offer an extremely personalized service which includes providing maps with points of interests and recommended shopping and restaurants. Also, we live locally and are available anytime both before and during your stay for any questions or assistance needed.
Starter condiments such as toilet paper, paper towels and soap and shampoo are provided.
There is private covered parking for all Forest Beach Villa guests only or you can park outside right in front of the complex.
Please no smoking inside of the villa, there is a lovely spacious balcony for smoking and enjoying the ocean breezes. Sorry, NO PETS are allowed in the complex!
Bed spreads for all bedding are changed after every guest departure.
Beach chair and umbrella rentals are right on the beach. Call Shore Beach Service at 843 785-3494 to make advance reservations.
Grills are not allowed at this property.
To access the public beach, you will take a five-minute walk left out of the parking lot on the walking/bike path to The Beach House Hotel/Coligny Circle and walk across the street to the access point next to the Beach House Hotel. You can easily google Coligny Public Beach and view the map.

We have stayed here before and always enjoy our time while in Hilton Head in this very clean and convenient condo. Check in process was simple and easy. Check out process, the same. We will be back!

Overall a nice place. Overall clean except for the floors, made my kids feet dirty within minutes, even wearing socks it made our socks dirty. Could use a good mopping, annoying having to wear shoes to keep my feet clean. The pool is really nice. The place is close to the beach, within walking distance. The public beach access gets crowded quick, it has a large free oublic parking area right next to the complex. Ended up driving to a smaller beach access that was less crowded for the rest of the trip. The public park behind the complex was really nice for the kids. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Plenty of things to do to keep you occuppied and keep the kids having fun.

I absolutely would stay here again. The place was incredibly spacious with great quality pieces of furniture and decorations. Anything that you needed was there.Location was great.

The property was perfect for our first stay in Hilton Head. The amenities were as advertised. Very quiet place to sleep with very respectful residents and we returned the favor. Perfect place for small family to stay. Only issue is the fact you’re right next to public beach parking lot. Lots of traffic and somewhat noisy. But by 10pm the lot was mostly empty. Very close proximity to beach and the pool area was great. Highly recommend this property.
