The rental was very clean with everything we needed. Rated a 4 due to busy street and not very comfortable beds. Would rent again if in the area.

Interior of home was decorated beautifully. Had everything we needed and much more if you wanted to cook. Full size washer and dryer were great. New bed in one room was great. Second bedroom could use a new boxspring and mattress (squeaky and older). Was not aware we would be staying across the street from a trucking warehouse distribution center which was made worse by the fact that there are many refrigerator trucks that run 24 hours and can be heard constantly inside the home. If that does not bother you this is a great house. The truck noise bothered us enough to cut our stay by a day.
