Unique Vintage Home Near the Zoo & Downtown Omaha

Comfortable house, has everything you need and in a really convenient location to lots of attractions and activities.

This house was built in 1900 but except for a few squeaky floorboards and a steep narrow stairway you’d never know it. The living room is large and comfortable with a big satellite TV; the dining room is also large; the kitchen is fully modern with every appliance and all the dish ware & silverware that you’ll need. The beds are comfortable. The house is in a quiet, conveniently located neighborhood. The host supplied the house well with towels, soaps, hair dryers, bottle water, etc., (The peaches were excellent,) and he was quick to respond via e-mail to my several questions.My wife and I stayed there 3 nights with her brother. Since we split the cost of the rent it was much cheaper than 2 hotel rooms would have been and it provided much more room for the 3 of us. Overall, the experience—and the host—was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was great and was so close to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the front porch, the Little Italy neighborhood and the nearby park. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you could want and the linens are also excellent. The A/C worked great. We cooked several meals there and had everything we needed. Koko was extremely communicative and just a quick message away for anything we needed. Check-in and out was super easy. Off-street parking was nice. The only negative is the angled ceilings in parts of the upstairs; we are a tall family so we and had to duck in a few areas around the beds and in the bathroom and in the stairways. But it was not a big deal. Just fyi. The photos show the angles in the two upstairs bedrooms. Overall it was a great stay! Thank you, Koko!
