This town home with private garage and ample parking is a great getaway destination. The location is very convenient to all attractions and entertainment in Panama City Beach and less than a five minute walk to the beach! It is the perfect fit for those who love the beach and all the attractions but also cherish quiet evenings away from the crowds. The 17' x 30' garage is an added plus. You can drop all the beach gear in the garage at the end of the day and have it out of your way or store your motorcycle or automobile. There are no elevators to wait on and you park right in front of the townhome or in the private garage. The community pool is very nice and is never overcrowded as only residence and guests of Bonita Point are permitted to use it. The pool and pool house are directly in front of the townhome! The townhome has a very open floor plan with 986 sq. ft. of living space. Everyone remarks at how roomy and comfortable this townhome feels. The living room has a new sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and a new Smart TV (free Wi-Fi) and the bedroom has a queen size bed. We can provide a rollaway bed for a child if you need one for a 5th person. The large bath provides a hugh jetted tub and a separate shower stall and an oversized vanity.
Bonita Point is a very quiet neighborhood located between the Grand Lagoon and the ocean off Thomas Drive. You can walk across Thomas Drive to the beach or drive over to the beach entrance and park in public parking. At the beach you can rent jet skis, go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling or spend the day on one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the world. The Marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter deep sea fishing trips, Sunset Cruise, Dolphin Watching, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not... for wonderful day trips within minutes of the condo St. Andrews State Park and Shell Island are located on the Gulf and are spectacular. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. We recommend you Google these establishments for detailed information on the sites that specifically interest you and your family.
Open Air Dining is awesome on the beach and there are so many wonderful places to eat and listen to live music nightly in a very relaxed atmosphere such as Schooner's Or Dat Cajun Place. If you prefer a fine dining experience you can enjoy Salt Water Grill, Firefly Restaurant, The Grand Marlin Restaurant, or Captain Anderson's, just to name a few!

Would definitely stay again, excellent vacation condo at a good price. No complaints really other than the washer and dryer were super old and sounded like they were living on borrowed time lol however they both worked fine. The TV also only had basic local channels, none of the smart tv features worked cause the TV was so old, but that wasnt really a big deal at all for me, I was on a beach vacation and the beach was right across the street I did have to contact the host one time due to us accidentally locking ourselves out of the condo and he was super nice, he gave us a code to get in and we were good to go. Overall a 5 star rating

Condo was clean and well-stocked. Modern appliances and an easy walk to the beach. The complex was quiet while we were there. We liked it so much we added 2 extra days to our stay with no issue.

The place was great, very very spacious and close to everything. The garage space is perfect, I drove my jeep and I was able to remove the top and doors and still had space to park inside. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the kitchen amenities supplied our needs. The only reason why I don’t rate this place a 5 star is because the pool was not very clean, but that’s ok because I didn’t drive to PCB to get into a pool, when there is so much beautiful beach everywhere. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this place to stay. Great value for all it has to offer. Really amazing. Thank you so much for allowing my family and I so stay here and enjoy a wonderful week in PCB. Til next time…

Did not use pool. Living room furniture is falling apart and towels are super old and thin. It was very clean. Could use to restock kitchen dishes better and include a corkscrew. Washer and dryer and coffee maker all very old
