About this house rental
The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a total of 6 comfortable beds and has a large backyard with a covered patio. The living room has a 60” cable tv and has plenty of sitting space. Master bedroom has two queen beds and a large Roku TV. The 2nd bedroom has a full and twin size beds with a walk in closet. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and there is another twin bed located in the office area. (Open space) We have a foam mattress that can be rented out for an additional $25 per stay. The home can comfortably accommodate a total of 8 guests in beds. There is $8 charge per day after the initial first 5 guests. We also have a baby play pen for infants or small toddlers and have purchased a foam mattress for your baby’s comfort. If you need the baby's playpen please request this at the time of booking so we know to have it set up for you before your arrival.

Laura was helpful and replied quickly whenever I sent a message. The house was just perfect for our football weekend. We prepared food and did minimal cooking on our stay and appreciated the stocked kitchen with great supplies and cookware. The house was clean with wonderful amenities (we loved having extra fans in every room). Will definitely book again for upcoming graduation and events before my son graduates.
