About this cabin rental
Let's make memories with your family in the (Summer) or (Winter) at this year round MN, pet friendly lake cabin w/ a private sand beach.
Enjoy the gorgeous views of the water and nature at your doorstep, grill, play games, or cozy up w/ a bonfire. Relax on the beach, swim, fish from the dock, jump into a paddle boat, kayak or get on a paddle board for more scenery and adventure.
Also, perfect for winter sledding & located on the snowmobile trail.
~ Many guests have also enjoyed troll hunting!
Plenty of space to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. You can gather on the large reclining sectional in the living room for movies or grab a game from the entertainment center. You can also enjoy a beverage by the fireplace in the porch overlooking the lake. There is a queen bed in the first floor bedroom and a spacious 13x31 ft second bedroom upstairs room with 2 queen beds and a brand new sofa sleeper, and a television.
The wrap-around porch and deck afford you the perfect opportunity to sit back and enjoy the bonfire or in the winter watch everyone sledding from a distance, to take in the view of the lake, or to just watch the kids or pups play.
Adventure into Detroit Lakes to enjoy the bustling tourist city, and fun events downtown or hosted by Detroit Mountain, or go just down the road to the cute town of Richwood for ice cream, gas, or essentials. There are also groomed snowmobile trails surrounding the cabin.
Outdoor security cameras may be in use to monitor property.
If traveling in the winter during a period of heavy snow, some cars with less tire traction may have difficulty getting up the driveway. In the past, guests have parked at the top of the hill but it has rarely been an issue.

The cabin was very cozy and laid out for guests. Everything you needed and more was available. The communication was great! We had a great stay!

We had a wonderful time! The cabin was exceptionally clean and has all the amenities you can ask for! The kids caught a variety of fish right off the dock, and loved having the big loft to themselves at night. Lots of wonderful memories made.

Very Rustic cabin that could use updates. Very small master bedroom and kitchen. Kitchen had poor working space, no dishwasher or disposal. Overall cabin lighting was poor.
Beach, firepit and Grills were great as was the deck.
This property was overpriced for the size and amenities.
