Communication back and forth with the host was very easy and reliable, the house and rooms were clean and organized! We were blessed with good weather during the trip and were able to utilize the backyard and deck space, though we were unaware the backyard was a shared space and the basement of the property was a separate listing hosting other guests. I would suggest rent a car or be ready for uber fees as the house is nestled in the Suburbs.

The property is perfect for a family of five. The location is excellent - a quiet neighborhood but quick to get to downtown and also the Interstate. There is also a spectacular view from the master bedroom. The owners were very helpful and communicated well when we had questions. It was great that the property had AC as we were staying while it was quite hot. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good base to explore Seattle and the surrounding areas.

My partner and I and some of our friends were staying for a concert. Not only was the booking process easy, but Muni was very communicative through the whole process! Checking in and out was a breeze. Parking was easy. The little yard was perfect for our dog as well!
