About this house rental
Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.
Our home has modern furnishings, an HD television in the living room, master bedroom and second bedroom downstairs- all equipped with Rokus. In this space, you will have 1 brand new king sized bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, one brand new queen sized bed in the second bedroom with an adjustable desk, and a brand new queen sized bed in the upstairs bedroom as well. There is also a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room and a memory foam floor mattress to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the Space Needle. We also have 3 separate private balconies so you can enjoy the city skyline and Space Needle views while sipping your morning coffee or evening wine. Our home also includes wireless internet and 3 large electric air conditioning units.
We have one of the rare homes in Seattle that is centrally located and includes parking!

We are located near the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise from time to time. If a silent environment is important to you, being near downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.
This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding. We have a noise decibel monitor in the living room (NoiseAware aka Rest) in some listings; it does not record any sound.

The location of this property is amazing. We stayed for a combination World Cup/Concert combination. We got to view the drone show from the back deck, truly epic! The location was perfect also for restaurant access and the Owners communicated with us right away regarding any questions we had.

We enjoyed the location of this rental - within walking distance of the Space Needle and Museums, as well as a grocery store a block away. The home had three portable air conditioning units - one for each bedroom - but only two were properly set up to draw air from a sealed window. To use the third bedroom unit we had to open the door to the patio to put the exhaust tube outside, which also let in the 80 degree heat - it cooled the room down a little but not enough to be comfortable for sleeping. With that said, we were in Seattle during a heatwave, so it was unusually hot out. During cooler weather, it probably would have been ok. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Location to Space Needle & restaurants is excellent.Unit is dated. Third floor where main living area & one bedroom has no air conditioning except portable unit that you have to leave a door open to vent the unit. The other two bedrooms have portable AC units that work well, but do not cool kitchen & dining area. The back deck has plenty of setting with nice view of Space Needle.
