Il est en rez de chaussé, bien aménagé et très fonctionnel, en très bon état. Il se compose d'un séjour avec un canapé convertible 2 places, un coin cuisine équipée,une salle d'eau et un WC .
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Proche de la plage, facilité de stationnement lac, proche des commerces et accès facile aux transports en communs. L'océan borde la résidence à quelques mètres. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes). La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence. Concernant les animaux de compagnie, pour les logements qui les acceptent (voir descriptif ou en faire la demande au gestionnaire), un supplément de 39€/animal sera à régler en sus à l'arrivée.

Très belle semaine de vacances où nous avons pu tout faire à pieds (visite du vieux port, aller à la plage, visite de l'aquarium....). Une très belle ville avec des habitants aimables et souriants. L'accueil fut au top. Dépaysement garantie. Seul bémol au niveau du studio qui n'avait pas été nettoyé avant notre arrivée et les plaques de cuissons qui ne chauffent pas très bien. Pour le peu de temps que nous y avons passé, il est très fonctionnel.
