Market Street Inn is located at The Village of Baytowne Wharf right in the heart of the Resort. The tropical swimming pool complex is the best kept secret at the Resort! With plenty of lounge seating, the swimming pool complex offers a hot tub, cold tub, grill and picnic area, a play yard, and a children's pool - all anchored by an impressive zero entry sparkling blue swimming pool.
Located on the 4th floor at Market Street Inn, this 1BR-2BA condo offers a spectacular view of the tropical pool complex. Recently updated with relaxation in mind, the tasteful décor reflects peaceful coastal colors in muted tones. The living area is designed with comfortable seating including a queen sleeper sofa and a 55" HDTV-DVD. Our kitchen is fully equipped for ease with meal preparation. The bedroom offers a king bed with a new mattress and an adjoining full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Conveniently located for guest’s use is an additional full bath with a shower. For added convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer in the condo, and WIFI is complimentary.
Amenities unique to Market Street Inn are a fitness center, community BBQ grills and covered parking. A quick elevator ride downstairs opens to all the action at Baytowne Wharf. Hop on the complimentary tram and take a ride to the most beautiful beach with bright white sand and clear blue water!
The Baytowne Wharf is a real delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, and a childrens’ playground. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events. Fireworks are a weekly treat on summer nights. The amenities that the Resort offers are extensive and include 11 miles of paved pathways for bicycling or jogging, 14+ tennis courts, a full marina, tennis center, and 3 championship golf courses.

We loved this place. Very comfortable bed and it was nice having two bathrooms. Very nice host and booking agent!

While the condo was fine, a few community items needed to be mentioned. Condo Items1.The toaster was broken, and the owners replaced it very quickly. Good response time to a problem. 2.The B&D coffee pot was tricky to turn on. The on/off button did not work, but we were able to use the program start time to start the coffee.Community Items 1.The community lights in the pool area shine upward toward all the condos, specifically the bedroom window and the porch. The bedroom has room-darkening curtains on one window, but the window to the porch lets in light from the community area. We put up a pressure rod with a sheet over it to reduce the light. 2.The pool is advertised as heated, but we arrived in mid-April and found the heat was already off; it was freezing cold. We met a lady looking for a pool warm enough for her baby. There were none to be found. St. Augustine turns off its pool heaters in mid-May. It would have been nice to have that here. We were never able to go into the water. 3.Please have someone patrol the pool area, as we saw underage children in the hot tub and a person with a glass bottle in one of them. The overflow drain around the pool needs to be cleaned. There is scum in it. 4.The advertised gym is bad. The gym is dirty and unkept. Most of the equipment is broken, and parts are missing. The 25 lbs. dumbbells are missing and have been for several years. Attachments for the weight station are missing. One sticker lists 10 exercises, but the att
