About this apartment rental
This ground floor level condo is just the place to vacation. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own private bathroom. The second bedroom is the attached studio unit. It has two Queen size beds along with a private bathroom. Enjoy a full size kitchen along with a kitchenette in the studio unit.
Our condo is located in the Pilot House building in the heart of the Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin FL. The village features more than a dozen shops, stunning boutiques and both casual and upscale dining. There are always nightly events in the common area including concerts and movies on the lawn. Sandestin has 72 holes of golf, 14 tennis courts, a full service spa and many family activities. Baytowne offers access to beaches on both the gulf and bayside. The beach is approximately a mile or so on the other side of Hwy 98.

Check in directions were easy and clear, place was immaculate and well stocked, Gina was great to deal with and we will definitely be back! Baytowne is one our favorite places to stay and this condo was the best one we’ve stayed at in the past 6 years!
