This unit is located on the first floor, corner unit, in Building J. The easy walk from our door to the beach is approximately 5 minutes. There are sidewalks and ramp walkways. There are NO stairs.
The walk from the parking lot to the front door is 50 feet.

Beyond excellent property! Everything was perfect! We can’t wait to come back!Mary is a perfect host. The condo is amazing and the reclining sofas are very relaxing to watch a movie in the evening! The beach towels, beach and pool accessories make it perfect if you are flying in to this destination. PERFECT VACATION!

The property is in a great location - very close to the pool and just a short walk to the beach. The host (Mary) is very responsive and welcoming and the unit was very clean and provided necessary essentials. I highly recommend this property.

This condo was perfect! Great location, well stocked with essentials, great communication with host, and nice amenities. Would recommend this condo/host to anyone looking! We will definitely be looking to stay here again as we make several trips every year to St Augustine.
