Escape to Kiawah Island and experience a wonderful island vacation that you won’t forget! This first floor Parkside villa is just a short walk from Kiawah’s pristine, private 10 mile long beach. This villa does not have access to a pool, but it is centrally located in the East Beach area of the island, and all of the island amenities are within easy reach!
This Parkside villa is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath coastal-living inspired space that you won't want to leave. Enjoy relaxing on the deck, in the screened-in porch or out the back door in Night Heron park.
This villa does not have access to a pool.

There were so many reasons we decided to buy this villa - the hardwood floors, white beadboard walls, being able to eat our meals out on the screened porch, the convenient location, the sink in the master bathroom, to name a few. I’ve been visiting Kiawah for 40+ years; ever since I was a young boy and the location of this property is as good as it gets. This well appointed villa has several conveniences and is just a short walk from the beach as well as the Kiawah convenience store and quick bite eatery, The Nest. It’s also a short drive from the private island’s restaurants, golf courses, The Sanctuary, Ryder Cup Bar & Grill, Fresh Fields, & other amenities. Plenty of room for a family and a very comfortable living space. The check in and check out process were simple and the host was easy to reach and accommodating to our needs with a very quick response. I would recommend renting this East Beach, Parkside condominium/villa without any hesitation. Thank you for your hospitality.
