Enjoyed our stay at the Mulberry cabin! It was very quiet and serene. Especially loved sitting on the big back porch and watching the fireflies in the evening!

Nice property and good location if you were like us and wanted to get out into the mountains and have a serene little place to relax. The Oark General store was in a neat little town and had some pretty good breakfast. Definitely would recommend hitting up a grocery store before you head into the mountains to stock up on supplies/ food. The oven was pretty finicky so that made cooking a little more difficult than we would’ve liked but we made it work.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as perfect as the first. The deck is perfect for meals or early morning cups of coffee. The kitchen had everything I needed to make simple meals for my family. The bedrooms were clean and offered very comfortable beds where we each boasted the best nights of sleep we’ve had in months. The living room was big enough to spread out, but the perfect size to play games or watch a movie together. My teenagers have already requested that we return again next summer. I couldn’t have asked for a better space and am very thankful to have found this listing.

We had the most unexpected amazing time at this place. Loved everything about the whole experience. Will be back 2-3 times a year for sure. Do not tell anyone about Arkansas. This place was so awesome! The view was great, the river was beautiful, and if you enjoy hiking there are some really cool spots near by to check out. My teens loved it as well. The house was clean and just as pictured. We didnt want to leave. The only recommendation I have for the owner is to maybe add a few more fly traps as they can be pretty pesky in their numbers. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and decorated really cute! We walked to the river, had an evening fire in the outdoor fire pit, had early morning coffee on the deck, and enjoyed the beautiful views. Would definitely want the go back!

We had to leave early because the electricity went out. There is no cell reception there except with the internet no internet without electricity. We couldn’t even contact the property manager or the emergency contacts. The beds are very uncomfortable. One of them sounded like it was stuffed with Wal Mart sacks.
