An absolutely wonderful experience with my family at this cabin. The photos dont do enough justice to truly showcase the scenery here! Communication with the host was very responsive and answered any questions I had. If you're seeking genuine peace and quiet away from the noise, this is the cabin escape you're looking for. The only minor issue we encountered is that there are no curtains in the living room or kitchen so at night you if you are afraid of the dark or desire max privacy that is the only preference issue you may encounter. Other wise this place was phenomenal!

Nice property and good location if you were like us and wanted to get out into the mountains and have a serene little place to relax. The Oark General store was in a neat little town and had some pretty good breakfast. Definitely would recommend hitting up a grocery store before you head into the mountains to stock up on supplies/ food. The oven was pretty finicky so that made cooking a little more difficult than we would’ve liked but we made it work.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as perfect as the first. The deck is perfect for meals or early morning cups of coffee. The kitchen had everything I needed to make simple meals for my family. The bedrooms were clean and offered very comfortable beds where we each boasted the best nights of sleep we’ve had in months. The living room was big enough to spread out, but the perfect size to play games or watch a movie together. My teenagers have already requested that we return again next summer. I couldn’t have asked for a better space and am very thankful to have found this listing.

This place was so awesome! The view was great, the river was beautiful, and if you enjoy hiking there are some really cool spots near by to check out. My teens loved it as well. The house was clean and just as pictured. We didnt want to leave. The only recommendation I have for the owner is to maybe add a few more fly traps as they can be pretty pesky in their numbers. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and decorated really cute! We walked to the river, had an evening fire in the outdoor fire pit, had early morning coffee on the deck, and enjoyed the beautiful views. Would definitely want the go back!

We had to leave early because the electricity went out. There is no cell reception there except with the internet no internet without electricity. We couldn’t even contact the property manager or the emergency contacts. The beds are very uncomfortable. One of them sounded like it was stuffed with Wal Mart sacks.

We took a four-day trip to the Ozarks (two adults and four little children) and were looking for a nice place to stay. After some searching, we found this beautiful property. The house was very clean and had all the promised amenities and the surrounding area was gorgeous and perfectly suited for our kids (they loved walking down to the river and play on the sand banks, building dams, skipping stones, explore, etc.) Would definitely recommend this property!

This is by far the best experience! EASY AND SO ACCOMODATING!!! Communication was easy and quick and the place is SO perfectly located. 1 mile frome Oark store. Each room has its own air unit for heat and cooling. The appliances are nice and the shower is an instant heat with pump pressure!! Large places to gather and so many outside options for visiting. Will be back and this place for sure!!!

I have three teenagers ages 15+. I was walking through the house looking for sunscreen and came across all of their cell phones. Left on an end table while they enjoyed their time together playing cards, swimming in the river, and just hanging out on the deck. I can’t possibly give higher praise than that. I could not have asked for better communication with the property owner, for an easier check-in, or a more perfect location. I was absolutely thrilled with the property and the entire stay. I don’t have a single negative thing to say and can’t wait to book another stay.

This property was absolutely gorgeous! It’s right on Mulberry River and was a great escape from Florida’s busy city life. We spent a lot of time driving around looking at the beautiful scenery and hiking trails. You really wouldn’t have to leave the cabin at all to enjoy a vacation there . If you’re looking to get away from everything and truly enjoy nature, this is the place for you.

We greatly enjoyed our time at this property. For our family of 3 young children, it was so convenient to let them run freely in the vast yard while we sat on the porch and watched from above. With just a quick 3 minute walk to the beautiful Mulberry River, there was nothing better than sitting back as the kids entertained themselves with skipping rocks, building castles with the rocks and dirt, and playing in the water. There was even an added bonus of a sweet neighborhood dog who came to visit us each day. The home was the perfect size for our family of 5. Everything was clean and ready upon arrival. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the near future.

There were extremely clear and detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. Before our stay, Christy was extremely communicative and answered all of our questions about the cabin and our stay. The home is clean, beautiful, and fully furnished. We are not experienced with the outdoors, so it was a perfect balance between the comforts of home and time in the outdoors. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless. Every window had a beautiful view, and there were so many good spots for hiking just a short drive away. I would wholeheartedly recommend Christy’s place to anyone looking to get away and see nature in a safe, fun, family-friendly home. I can’t wait to stay here again!
