Welcome to Villamare! 2219 Villamare is a two-bedroom, two-bath villa, located in an oceanfront complex with peeks of the Atlantic Ocean in Palmetto Dunes.
Upon arriving at Villamare you can enjoy covered parking and elevator access to the villa. Once inside, the foyer welcomes you to the guest bedroom featuring 2 queen beds, fully renovated bathroom with a walk in shower, flat-screen TV, and a private balcony overlooking the grounds onto the ocean. Just to the left is the open floor plan living space. The recently renovated kitchen is fully stocked and has a washer and dryer for your use.
The living room features a brand new 50 flat screen and plenty of room for everyone. Just off the living room is a second balcony for enjoying the island breezes. The master suite is also off the living room and has a king sized bed, flat screen TV and access to the balcony. The master bedroom also have a private bathroom that has been recently renovated with a new walk in shower.

- Electric boats belonging to property owners are permitted on lakes and lagoons. Gas engines are prohibited.
- No swimming in lakes or lagoons.
- Loud music or excessive noise is not tolerated at any time.
- Alligators are VERY dangerous. . State law prohibits any person from feeding, enticing, or harassing alligators.
- Do not feed wildlife of any kind in Palmetto Dunes.
- Absolutely NO hunting or shooting!
- Absolutely no fireworks!
- Towels and swimwear may NOT be hung on porch railings.
- Trash cans must remain in the service yard for pickup. Do NOT bring them to the street.

Property was beautiful. Maintenence workers worked diligently all DAY long however running high powered motors which was a bit disappointing. But everything else was 200%

Our recent stay at Villamare was exceptional, offering a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and enjoyed impeccable service throughout our stay.
Our room provided stunning views of the beach and ocean, with elegant decor and all the comforts we could ask for. The resort's amenities, including a beautiful pool and beach access, made it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
Overall, Villamare exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setting for a rejuvenating beach getaway. We can't wait to return and experience its charm again soon.

Layout of the master bedroom is bad. Bed in front of the doors to living room. The couch is on the opposite side of the room as the TV. The microwave was broken and issues with the dishwasher leaking if on the long wash cycle. Will not recommend to others.
