The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony with the ocean view. We could see dolphins swimming. Beach was great! We enjoyed our stay. Employees are friendly.
We did not use the pool even though there were a few double red flag days for the beach. The pool is not heated and the hot tub is lukewarm.
The garage was ok. It takes 8 minutes to enter or leave the parking garage from the 11th floor. Worth it being on same floor as condo.
Owner was responsive to my question when I was referred to him by Rental Company even though Rental Company should have been able to answer the question.

This is a beautiful condo that was nearly perfect for our family's stay. It was clean and comfortable. There was no noise from surrounding units, and with the sliding door shut- you can't hear much of the outside noise either.
-The pools are gorgeous and clean. There is music playing during the day and there is a bar and a little snack hut that are reasonably priced. The pools however are not heated. Our visit was the end of March/early April and the pools were just a bit too cool for our family to enjoy.
-All of our encounters with staff were great. There were all extremely kind and made us feel safe.
The resort is next to Pineapple Willys, and we also learned that the Wharf across the street brings in the younger, spring break crowds. We didn't personally have any issues, but the beach in front of the resort was shut down by the police almost daily during our stay (which was during spring break) due to rowdy crowds gathering.
-The location is an absolute mess for traffic entering and leaving the resort. The street was lined with police every day- likely because of spring break.
-The assigned parking for this unit is on the 11th floor of a tight parking garage. It does make it less enjoyable when you want to just make a quick run somewhere.
-There was a miscommunication on their end when we attempted to extend our stay- they told us we could extend and then 24 hours later said we couldn't and offered nothing to help extend. We wont be back because of the frustration.

The condo itself was great. Pictures were very accurate and representative of the condo and resort property. The furniture and appliances were up to date, however neither of the keurig pots worked. The floor is in dire need of a thorough cleaning/mopping. Every evening there was a large beach party that would take over a large potion of the beach in front of the resort. There were close to 300 high school aged kids and a HUGE police presence. It significantly hindered our late afternoon and evening exprience all week.
