Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

The renter must be at least 21, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.
Shores of Panama charges a separate resort fee not included in the total cost. The resort fee is $75.00 plus tax - $81.00. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.

Our family had a great time staying there. The location was perfect for us. Easy access to the pool and beach. The room was perfect. we couldn't have asked for a better. we look forward to staying there again

Me & My Family enjoyed our stay! You can’t get no better than a clean room located on the second floor with beautiful views and easy beach access! the owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fun stress free. they were fast to respond if I needed them! can’t wait for next years trip!

Second time we have been here. Two out of three sisters, one mamaw, boyfriend, and 3 year old. Three year old did not won't to leave. Fantastic condo. Last time the two sisters and their sister sung karaoke. They were 3,4,and nine.

The unit was beautiful - nicely decorated & very clean. The walls are well insulated as we had very little issue with loud noises outside our unit, even with being on the 2nd floor close to the pool. We were never able to get the TVs in the bedrooms to function & didn't have time to call technical support so we just did without. The beds & pillows were quite comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with needed items.
The parking garage situation is terrible. We booked this room due to its lower level advantage & reserved parking on the same floor. We read reviews about the elevator situation being atrocious and were prepared to avoid elevators altogether, UNTIL we made it to the parking garage. It's almost impossible to park anything larger than a sedan in this reserved parking spot. We drove a F150 (not oversized) for our vacation and were unable to park in our space due to the tightness of the space (there is a row of parallel parking behind the space) and a SUV being parked right beside our space with a concrete pillar on the other side. That was a hugely frustrating disappointment and ruined our first day. We ended up parking on the 11th floor, forcing us to use the elevators. The wait for the elevator at “busy times” (9AM-7PM) is ridiculous. Although, the elevators move pretty quickly at midnight (when we loaded our truck to leave the night before departure in order to avoid the terrible elevator situation.) We ended up parking on the 10th or 11th floors the remainder of the week, noticed someone else parked in our “reserved” spot the remainder of the week although we didn't complain because we couldn't use it anyway. Making your way down (responsibly) from the 11th floor adds about another 15 minutes to your trip, so be prepared.
Although the unit is nice, we will never stay here again due to the extreme stress with the parking garage & elevator situation. It truly put a damper on the vacation we have looked so forward to. Honestly, we could not recommend anyone else stay here either. I would recommend you be more honest in admitting many vehicles will not be able to use your “reserved” parking space or perhaps choose a different space to reserve.
